There is also around 90 calories in a banana, by eating 30 bananas she is consuming 3000 calories and 360 grams of sugar. Meanwhile the daily recommended sugar is 37.5 grams. Free lee demonstrates that even though this is definitely not recommended by food guides and government standards, she consumes this and still lives a healthy life style.
